TERMS

Terms of use

Last updated: July 4, 2026

These terms govern the use of the Scatto app, developed by Manuel Minelle. By using the app you accept what's described below, along with Apple's standard EULA referenced at the bottom of this page.

License to use

Scatto grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices, subject to the App Store rules and Apple's standard EULA.

Subscriptions and purchases

Scatto Pro is available as an annual subscription (with a 7-day free trial), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at the time of purchase, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, which you can manage from your Apple ID settings. The free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription if not cancelled in time.

User content and responsibility

The photographs and RAW files you create with Scatto are, and remain, yours. You are solely responsible for how you use them and for complying with applicable laws, including those on other people's privacy and image rights.

Service availability

Scatto works entirely on-device and doesn't depend on a server to shoot or edit photos. Some functions, such as purchase verification, require Apple's services to be available and are not under our direct control.

Limitation of liability

Scatto is provided "as is", without guarantees of specific results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect new features or legal requirements. The version in force is always the one published on this page, together with its update date.

Apple's standard license agreement

In addition to these terms, use of Scatto is governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to every app distributed on the App Store.
